Once we have received your request we will contact you to ask a few simple questions to better understand your remodel or project.
These questions consist of; scope of work, timeline expectations, budget expectations, and overall how best to serve you and your project.
Once we determine we are the best fit for your project, we will then set up an in home visit to gather our “take off” information.
Most on-site visit take a minimum of 1 hour.
Our on site visits consist of gathering measurements, additional notes, and photos of your project. At this time we will review our process and establish an expectation of when your proposal will be ready for review.
We will also discuss the materials and fixtures you wish to use to in your project.
After careful review and calculation of your project we will schedule an appointment with you to talk through your proposal in detail. We will review our process again, present drawings and-or renderings of your project, talk through any necessary adjustments, and move towards the scheduling / acceptance phase.
